Terms of Service

• This commission is created for personal use only.
  • You may:
    • Use it for pfp / avatar / icon for social media and streaming.
    • Print it out for personal use, not for profit.
    • Post it on social media. Please tag me using @chinniedraws for Twitter and Instagram.
    • Upload it to your gallery. Please give credit and link me back.
  • You may NOT:
    • reproduce it for commercial use, whether in digital or in physical form.
    • modify it without my permission.
    • remove my signature and put your own to claim it as your work.
    • use the artwork for AI training data

• This commission CANNOT be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
• Although I hold the rights over my works, copyright of the original IP shown in certain works belonged to their respective owners.
• I have the right to refuse any request that makes me uncomfortable or beyond my skill level. I will contact you to discuss this. If you have placed and paid for the order, I will refund your payment.

Acceptable Requests

• Fan Art
• Original Characters. If the commission is based off someone else’s OC, please make sure you have full permission from the creator.
• Wholesome couples, including LGBTQIA+
• Partial nudity that is not sexually explicit. Interactions such as hugging, flirting, and kissing are okay. For more information about sexually explicit, please check under non-acceptable requests below.  If you’re not sure, we can always discuss it during our ordering process.
• Non-humanoid characters, such as beast creature and robot/android/mecha. This will take longer, since I need to do extra research and studies.

Non-Acceptable Requests

• Sexually explicit designs that involving depiction of actual or simulated sexual acts, including sexual intercourse, sodomy, or masturbation. (I have nothing against these. I just don’t have the skills and imagination to draw it.)
• Full nudity, with or without genitals exposed.
• Gore and violence.
• Super complicated designs that will take too much time.

Type of Commissions

• Bust Portrait – Fully rendered, painterly style, character drawing from the bust up, with plain background.
  • $60 for the each character
  • Turnaround time: 1-2 weeks on average for one character and simple background. I will need extra time for more characters and detailed background, depending on complexity.

Example of Bust Portrait commissions:

• Full-Body – Colored full body, painterly style, character with plain background
  • $100 for each character
  • Turnaround time: 2-4 weeks on average for one character and simple background. I will need extra time for more characters and detailed background, depending on complexity.

Cancellation Policy

If for whatever reason you want to cancel your order, I will take some cut from the total order. I need to do this mainly to pay service fee to the payment platform (Ko-Fi & Paypal) and to cover my working time.

• If the order is at planning & thumb-nailing stage, I will take 25% cancellation fee and refund 75% to the client.
• If the order is at clean up sketch – I will take 50% cancellation fee and refund 50% to the client.
• If the order is already at flat colors and rendering – No refund. I will still finished your piece without your feedback. However, I will bump your order to the back of the queue. Once finished, I will send you the final painting.
